Epidermal growth factor is perhaps one of the best understood signaling pathways in the human body. It plays an important biological role and is responsible for cellular growth, proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Using EGF in topical applications may enhance reparative layers to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and help even skin tone.

 

Baicalin

Purified fraction obtained from roots of the Baikal skullcap plant (scutellaria baicalensis georgi) standardized baicalin. In-vitro studies have shown that baicalin can delay cellular senescence and rejuvenate skin cells in that they show characteristics the cells had when they were younger.
